WebI need to convert 1 tsp minced ginger to what I have - powdered ginger. Google suggests that the ration of powdered to fresh is 1/4 tsp powder to 1 tbsp fresh. If I did the math right, this means I only need 1/12 of a tsp, which is less than a pinch.
