Tested on a fresh install of Windows 7 x64, having only installed drivers and updates, steam, and new vegas. v0.216 - Doesn't work with any driver versions. Also, if the game seems to freeze a lot, try tuning down the graphics: a lower resolution and antialiasing or/and anisotropic filtering off… these should stop Fallout New Vegas from freezing and locking up.
