WebIn January 2004, Cleveland State University in Ohio hired American Campus Communities to renovate and manage the historic Fenn Tower high-rise. Originally constructed in 1929, Fenn Tower closed down in the1990s in need of repair. ACC’s renovation design preserved the historical value of Fenn Tower while accommodating the needs of students. WebRenovation is the foundation for the culture of quality construction at OCP, having completed plaster restoration of theaters, historic structures and towers 20 stories tall. Projects include Fenn Tower, Commodore Perry, The Valentine Theatre, 1010 Euclid Ave, Toledo Trust and the Breakers Hotel at Cedar Point.
