If you shell out for a 4090 but don’t get an ultra high end gpu, you’re being foolish. At least 12700k, Ryzen 5800x3d, or 7950x. If you don’t go with a high end CPU, you are wasting money on the gpu, literally. The 4090 is a ridiculous waste of money to begin with.

I've heard that there is a little bit more of a difference at 4k and that the Ti version performs better in RT. But 120hz 4k is more of a 4090 territory if we're talking about newer games.
