Compared to conventional PEDOT:PSS-based perovskite solar cell, we observe an improvement in both the open-circuit voltage and the short-circuit current, resulting in a power conversion efficiency enhancement from 12.7% to 15.3%. WebNov 21, 2024 · The mesostructured perovskite solar cells with LAD doped PTAA as HTM exhibited an efficiency of 19.01% against the efficiency of 17.77% yielded by the perovskite solar cells utilizing Li-TFSI and tBP added PTAA as HTM . Moreover, PSCs with LAD-doped PTAA as HTM had shown enhanced stability with reduced J–V hysteresis.
