WebbThe Sludge Press SD is used to dewater sludge from muniicpal and industrial wastewater treatment processes. It delivers 18 to 25% dry solids. Sludge is pushed by the conveying screw through wedgewire drums. The spiral shaft is conically shaped, to provide a tapered volume that squeezes out liquid as solids are conveyed up the spiral pitch.
